Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a paid subscription to a Persoon AI Inc. product and what happens to your access and billing after you cancel. You are in control of your subscription and can cancel at any time.
How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription by:
- Using the cancellation or account settings within the relevant product, where available; or
- Emailing info@persooninc.com from the email address associated with your account, stating the product and the account to cancel.
When cancellation takes effect
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period. Unless stated otherwise, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid period, after which the subscription ends and recurring billing stops.
Billing after cancellation
Cancellation prevents future charges. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, see our Refund Policy.
Free trials and beta access
Where a product offers a free trial or beta access, you can stop using the product at any time. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the next period.
Effect on your data
After cancellation, your access to paid features ends and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the relevant product's terms. If you need to export data, please do so before your access ends.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
