Our products may be offered on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly or annual plans). Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are generally non-refundable except as described in this policy or as required by applicable law.

• If you were charged due to a clear billing error on our part, we will refund the incorrect charge.
• Where a product page or order states a specific money-back or free-trial period, that product's stated terms apply.

For one-time purchases, refund eligibility depends on the product and whether the service or deliverable has already been provided. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

To request a refund, email info@persooninc.com from the email address associated with your account, including the product name, the charge date, and the reason for your request. Please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
